Percasso Recommendations for Safe Coffee Brewing
• Daily sanitizing cleaning of all touch points on coffee brewer and dispensers. The CDC recommends a minimum 60% alcohol solution, which is ideal for all office touch points including, door knobs, light switches, cabinet handles…etc.
• Assign one employee to brew coffee using PPE that includes wearing a mask and gloves.
• If sink is close to brewer, employees should wash their hands for at least 20 seconds before dispensing coffee. In the absence of a sink a hand sanitizer should be used.
• Keep social distancing of six feet between employees while they are getting their coffee.
