COVID-19 Update

All of us at Percasso are committed to providing the best service we can while following local, state, and federal guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The health and safety of your staff and ours are paramount. Like many of our clients, we are working to limit exposures by working remotely when possible and practicing restricted social contact. We will maintain communication lines with our clients and will do everything we can to provide products and service over the duration of this crisis. If you are in need of any products (Coffee, Water, Allied Refreshment Products, etc.)

Please email sales@percasso.com with your requests and needs. Make sure to include any guidelines or instructions that might be helpful.

We will work with each client to get them what they need as soon as feasible, using methods that protect the health of our clients and employees. Our objective will remain constant: to provide the freshest local product with the highest level of service. To achieve this, we may have a more limited selection of product in the interim.

 

Equipment Repair/Service

We are planning to have a service tech available during each business day who will help with any repair and service need. Please email us at sales@percasso.com, and include your name, the address where the equipment is located, a description of the equipment issue, and a phone number where we can reach you. We will get back to you as soon as possible to get you back up and running.
