Please contact us for a complete product list The first step is to use your favorite roast of coffee from one of our three local roasters. Coffee tastings are available if you'd like to try something new.   Use plenty of coffee for a full, robust flavor. Try two of the scoops (provided by Percasso) or approximately 2.5 to 3 oz. of coffee for a 2.2 liter air pot.   Great coffee starts with filtered water. Percasso will add a water filter to the automatic brewers to enhance the flavor of the coffee. We recommend bottled water for pour-over brewers.   Percasso provides scheduled maintenance to your brewer, including adjustment of the brewer for proper volume, contact time and temperature for the best extraction of coffee flavor.
