From Forest Grove, Oregon, our drinking water is processed by three methods of filtration: activated carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, and ozonation.

Reverse osmosis is a process for reducing the mineral content of water by forcing it to flow under pressure through a semi-permeable membrane. The membrane allows the water to pass through, but not the dissolved solids. Carbon filtration removes organic compounds and chlorine by-products from water using carbon's natural ability to absorb these chemicals. Ozonation is the use of ozone gas to reduce color, eliminate organic waste, reduce odor and reduce total organic carbon in water.

We think of bottled water a food product and we consider purity to be essential. To ensure water purity we provide scheduled maintenance and cooler sanitization.

Percasso is a member of the Northwest Bottled Water Association.

Our filtered water coolers process water with a 5 micron filter for color, taste, and odor. This reduces suspended contaminants such as rust and chlorine. The advantages of a filtered water dispenser include a fixed monthly rate, there is no need for storage of bottles and it can be connected to your coffee brewer for enhanced coffee flavor.
